Einfach intelligent
Es ist ganz einfach: Pro guten Vorsatz eine Agenda, grün wenn man ihn verwirklicht, rot wenn man schwach wird. Wichtig: nicht zu viel auf einmal. Am besten, ein Vorhaben auf einmal auf der Agenda zu haben. Das funktioniert sehr gut. Nimmt man sich zu viel vor, ist man leicht überfordert.
