Blocked my transfers
Fraudulent please be aware
Venmo is a fraud we transferred money using this service, my account was frozen requesting me to send in documents to verify my identity which I did and they responded with a email stating my account has been permanently deactivated and my funds will be held for investigation for 6 months. Service is a scam!!
Worst payment app ever
Received the Venmo payment on Friday, five days later it is still not in my account. They have since froze my account. Mind you this is the first time I’ve ever tried to use it, first and last. Now my money is frozen somewhere within Venmo and nobody will help me. Through the phone calls I have made I have been told I will have to wait for Venmo to contact me. Making me wait several more days to even figure out what this mess is about. Haven’t received my money, customer service is unresponsive, customer service is horrible. I will never use the service again and suggest that you or anybody never use it!!

If I could not give a star I would select that. Absolutely terrible experience from start to what they’re calling finished but to me it’s me having money frozen on an account for no reason that they’re not letting me access. Horrible customer service.
