Do not waste you time with ATT Digital Life. The mobile APP does not work outside the house ( REALLY? ) Everytime I call customer service I get the same answer: the app doesn't work well with IOS devices. Duh, I could tell you that without having them tell me. AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH ATT DIGITAL LIFE
Will cancel as soon as my contract is up. Service is unreliable. DL app frequently doesn't work. Very disappointed!
