Now required for some shows. PAINFUL
This is horrible. Why do I hav ego use an app pay credits to watch commercials. Hulu does it better. Payment structure easier and all shows in one place. NBC or otherwise. PAINFUL. Soon it’s going the more painful and costly to watch prime time television.

Gaps in videos
I am on IOS 12.1.1,so it supposedly would work with my iPad. Videos freeze repeatedly and jump ahead, so there is a lot of loss in context and continuity.

Helps me catch up with my favorite shows.
User testing?
Streaming doesnt work at all. Screen goes blank. I followed all of the instructions. Maybe do some user testing, guys.
Annoying, crappy app
Unreliable. Constantly demanding that you renter an activation code, then the website doesn’t respond. Too annoying - don’t bother! Get it together NBC!
