Why am I having an error message on my screen? I can’t watch any of the movies. This is crazy and my family pays for this as far as cable goes.

Having difficulty
Terrible
Thank you for not making this available where I can watch it on a gd TV. I’m not buying a subscription through Prime Video when I already pay for it via cable. I shouldn’t have to just watch movies a gd iPad. Jesus. Make it my life easier please.
Apple TV App
Come on, it’s 2018, there needs to be an AppleTV app so I can watch what I pay for.
Crashes all the time
I’ve had the app for 3 weeks. Every time I try to watch a movie on the app, I get an error message then it crashes. Will not play a movie. Totally useless!
Not worth it
It would be okay if it worked more than about 30% of the time. It’s ridiculous. Don’t bother, it’s an exercise in futility and frustration.
Firestick
Why in the hell is there no Cinemax app for firestick?
No Chromecast support?!?!
Guess I’ll watch my HBOgo, Netflix, STARZ and Showtime Anytime apps since they do. Time to catch up folks, you just lost my business...
