2. To measure the width or the height, you must first measure the distance. This app use the distance as the base to measure the width or the height.
3. To measure the width, you must first measure the distance. Then "tap and hold" and move the small "crosshair“, put the 2 crosshairs target at the 2 endpoints of the measuring object.
4. Practice more and understand how to use this app. Read the help section inside the app.

Laser tape
Appears to use the cameras auto focus which is constantly ranging. At 1 M from the wall it is ranging from -100 M to 200 Meters. At 5 M it is no better. Poor app , very inconsistent for measuring distance.
Rip off stay away
Waste of money does not function at all i hold apple responsible for stealing my money this app should not be in the app store
